Mac OS for Phatty Tuner Software?

Hey,
can anyone tell me the Mac OS Requirement for the Phatty Tuner Software?
my laptop says "not supported on this system"
I have OS 10.4.11 & The Phatty Editor/Librarian works just dandy...
