i had a dream about a synth about a year ago. I was fantasizing about polyphony, I was also really wanting a Clavinet. I had a dream that I got an 'Andromeda', but you know, in the dream it was it, but it was something very different. It felt kinda like a Wurlitzer, but had lots of faders on its whi...

very cool indeed. i really dig the mp3 samples from the new record. my friend recently got me into Perry & Kingsley, but I like this new sh*t too... so inspiring to see this cat still at it, experimenting, creating with the tools he loves... matter of fact, I'm gonna work on some sh*t right now....

yeah, i just know they're gonna shock it with some sh*t NOBODY expects. seems that's their style. I can't wait either for the new stuff, but I still wanna get a CP251, a MURF, a 104z, and an Etherwave Pro! so...I think when that happens, I'll be pretty well occupied, won't need to spend so much time...

drum machine is my vote. i elaborated on this in a previous thread. something that would challenge a tr-909, be analog, and offer tweakability similar to Vermona's box, but include CV, a step-sequencer (or not), and um....the imagination and unpredictable ingenuity, build quality of Moogmusic. A leg...

I've never played a model D, but I can attest that on psychedelics,

the Voyager is a very shocking, surprising, colorful and wondrous instrument.

for guitar, the MURF is out of control.
So is the Ring Mod. Ring Mod better for illmatic wicked distortion, tremolos, getting gong-like sounds... MURF is just plain awesomely weird, absurd sounds, yet extremely useful & musical.

godzilla, pls don't misunderstand me. I rarely use MIDI technology, except for when I sample. I love CV. But, most musicians out there are unaware of CV, are into patch memory, and triggering other synths. Besides, we're thinking "budget synth with quality." We all want what we want, but i...

nah nah nah... If they create a budget synth, it should/would be for the purpose of stimulating interest in the more fully featured Voyager. A great many buyers will look at the difference and weigh whether or not its worth it to go for more or less, in their potential Brand New Moog. I see somethin...

I think there IS a cowbell in the 909. Mantronix used a 909 back in the day on hella projects...peep albums like "Musical Madness" or Just Ice's "Back to the Old School" Real Fresh stuff, if you like old school hip hop, that is... I think its gotta be a drum-machine or win...

i got my Performer Edition for $2K used... you can too. Don't settle for the RME version. You don't get the whole complete thing, if you know what i mean... for example the marvelous 3D touchpad, mod wheel, pitch bend...all integrated into a beautiful instrument...if you gotta spend the extra, wait ...

man! i like that cowbell idea! I think its vital! Not so sure about stock preset patterns...but I thinks being able to store your own patterns & sounds is a cool thing... CV all the way would be NUTS... it would definitely set it apart from the rest of the boxes out there.. But I don't think it ...
