Dear all,
Nice to be reminded from time to time that
it is possible to play these things rather than
talk about/fiddle with them.......
Perhaps this link has already been posted but just

If you are going to weigh in on this thread you should state whether you own a TE or not. Obviously those of us who own them aren't going to care about the opinion of someone who does not. Cheers. Well, I guess you don't care about my opinion because I don't own a LP TE. Wrong time, no money. Why a...

Wow, big respect to Amon and other Moog people who have emerged a few times to try and calm the baying crowds of gearheads. Sorry posters, I understand the passion for equipment but please, its not a major hardware difference and even if it was, its called the passage of time and is far kinder to sy...

I'd never considered reduced bit rate as an effect to apply on an analogue synth. I'll have to give that a try with my EF-303 but I suspect that it will make the sound somewhat digital - not what I wanted from an LP. Had better expand on Robles definition of analogue modelling. As far as I know wave...

A good point has been raised here. With so many presents on synths, the synth programming is not often part of a performance. I agree with the idea that more knobs and not saving a patch might give another dimension to synth playing. I have a friend who does very good performances with a Pro-1 - the...

Chords Question #2 - two finger chords!
Here's a silly (fun) question to the Moog LP engineers. Knowing that the LP's two Oscillators can be made to do different pitches, with the LP's midi keyboard is there any reason why a basic duophonic mode can't be run from the OS? Not sure how popular that would be (though I can think of some neat ...

Beating the UK trademark restriction
I was wondering if it is possible to circumvent the nasty trademarking issues of Moog Music in the UK with the kind help of Moog music. As I understand it, Moog Music cannot sell their products in the UK with the age old Moog logo attached. Despite not being too interested in logos, the absence of t...

Request info about 'twirl feel' of LP pots
Dear all, I just had the pleasure of testing a Little Phatty tribute in Turnkey, London. A very nice little synth and #1 on my list for next synth purchase.. I have one question to LP users out there. How do your LP pots feel? I found the demo model pots to be way too loose for my liking. They twirl...
