There is a known issue with the Tribute and Stage that there is a digital interference of some sort in the upper registar, which (ironically) sounds like aliasising. There is a mod available. Another vote for Zebra. The 2.2 version has a completely new set of presets by Howard Scarr, which even contain a number of emulations of the LP. They don't sound the same but they're not at all bad. It's far and away my favourite soft synth. And created by a pleasant, responsive, small company too ...
