Here's a single rough track I recorded of solo improvisation (over a percussion track) using a joystick for pitch-bend set for minor thirds in each direction: http://danling.com/studio/MP3/Hipradahay.mp3 Nice playing, Dan. Question: I realize you're demonstrating the use of joystick here--which you...

Amos, if I may ask, the TE noise you refer to in the above post is not the same as the SE noise referred to below. Correct? http://moogmusic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=30278&highlight=#30278 Yes, I'm positive I have a Stage LP (the rubberised cheeks are a giveaway). And so far as I know, there is...

Yes, well done. The Model D does sound best, and the MiniMax gets darned close.

Re: Phatty controller map

rachel wrote:Is there actually a map of all the default CC that the Phatty uses?

Someone is asking me but I can't find it again. What I want is a list
of what controller is sent by Default for each button/knob selected, for example
envelope release, filter cutoff and so on.....

What about these? -When writing a patch into memory, be able to listen the old one by pressing a button (at the moment we can only see its name) Hi Rfx, could you help me understand what you're saying here? Pressing the Preset button toggles between stored and panel sounds. Sorry if I misunderstand...

I'm loving the Little Phatty. I bought the synth hoping it would make me want to play, and it does. The instrument is very well thought out and easy to get around on. I have one OS suggestion. In v1.03c, I realize the Store Preset sequence was changed so you don't mistakenly overwrite, but I'd prefe...

Yes, this is a good composition, Acme. I'm curious how you did it.

Good playing and good sounds, as usual, Michael. You make it look easy. I like how you use your rhythm gadgets like the ex and that other little korg to give you something to play over. It's simple, but it sounds cool. And probably helps you play in time! Oh yeah, and that LP's not a bad little synt...

Yeah, thought I heard a Maytag in there.

Hey Amos, this is cool. Lot's of places you can go as far as what goes on top. Good bass sounds from the little guy. Besides the Voyager BD, how'd you create the other "drum" sounds?

As one who's interested in buying an LP, my question is how obvious the interference noise is. I realize it's subjective, but I'm looking for some perspective. I've tried the LP several times now and never heard the problem, but it's been in noisy music stores. And frankly I don't think I played any...

test drive #3

I tried an LP SE again, this time at Sam Ash. Things I liked: LFO square wave pitch modulation spans more than 1 octave. Being able to do an octave is musically useful. The excursion range was actually an octave and a minor 6th, if I recall. The Master Menu Precision Mode can function like my old Mi...
