What a loss...he's one of my greatest influences. Well, shine on you crazy diamond...along with Syd Barrett, also sadly missed.

34 years after "Dark Side of the Moon" this recording is still superb to me and many other people. Even younger ones (I am 43).
By listening to those records/CDs/mp3s, we will hear what will always remember us to the shy keyboard player somewhere behind his keyboards.
Hearing his piano going through a Leslie on Echoes ...
His jazz like piano on "The Great Gig In The Sky" ...
His now classic Minimoog soli on "shine on you Crazy Diamond" ...
If there is a heaven, he will be jamming with Jimi Hendrix now.
keep on turning these Moog knobs
Sequence:
Prodigy * minimoog '79 * Voyager * MF102 * MF103 * MF104z * MP201 * Taurus 3 * Minitaur * Sub Phatty * MF105 * Minimoog 2017+ MUSE * One 16

With Mitch Mitchell and Keith Moon on drums, George Harrison on sitar, John Lennon and Syd Barrett singing the harmonies, while being recorded by Thomas Edison on a gramophone while Nikola Tesla plays with his coil and zaps Frank Zappa who's holding hands with Janis Joplin.till wrote:If there is a heaven, he will be jamming with Jimi Hendrix now.tyrocks00 wrote:awwwww i love pink floyd!

And Bob Moog providing all kinds of equipment and recording the session...Voltor07 wrote:With Mitch Mitchell and Keith Moon on drums, George Harrison on sitar, John Lennon and Syd Barrett singing the harmonies, while being recorded by Thomas Edison on a gramophone while Nikola Tesla plays with his coil and zaps Frank Zappa who's holding hands with Janis Joplin.till wrote:If there is a heaven, he will be jamming with Jimi Hendrix now.tyrocks00 wrote:awwwww i love pink floyd!
