Hi everyone,
So my trusty werkstatt was bought used and i'm not sure, but I think it came with a defective "high c" button. the 12th button on the far right. it seems to be completely dead. the other 11 keys work fine. so i figure i just need to replace it. i just want to buy the right part.
anyone know how i insure i get the right one?
Thanks,
Caleb

My high C is going bad also, I imagine coincidentally. Interesting.

hmm yea that is interesting.
FYI awhile back I got an answer from Moog support that I'm passing on.
"6mm tact switch and are through hole. They are made by Alps and the part number is SKHHCWA010."
I ended up trading mine for some other stuff rather than fix the key, but the new owner knew it's a thing so nothing shifty there.
Good luck!
Thanks
Caleb
